We currently provide reliable delivery services across Nigeria. Our goal is to get your gear to you safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Processing & Timelines

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, the following delivery timelines apply:

  • Lagos: 1–3 business days.

  • Other States: 3–7 business days.


2. Lagos Delivery Rates

Delivery fees are calculated based on your specific zone within Lagos. Please refer to the table below to find your location’s flat rate:

₦7,000+Awoyaya, Lakowe, and surrounding areas (Subject to negotiation).

3. Self-Pickup

If you prefer to collect your order in person, we offer a pickup option at our designated location.

  • Pickup Days: Monday – Friday.

  • Pickup Hours: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

  • Please wait for a “Ready for Pickup” notification before arriving.


4. Important Delivery Terms
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the shipping process has begun.

  • Accuracy of Information: Please double-check your delivery address and contact number. Buono world is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

5. Exchange & Return

Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer monetary refunds.

If you wish to exchange an item, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Packaging: All original packaging must be intact.
